My friends also write books
Molly Wizenberg, who you probably know from Orangette, has written a book called A Homemade Life. Today it got a starred review in Publishers Weekly.
“Her strong personality stands out among her generation’s culinary voices,” they wrote, and this is true. It is also true that when I congratulated Molly, she replied, “My starred review trumps your blurbs.”
Molly is all over the acknowledgments of Hungry Monkey, but these things can change.
